I was contacted to do group photography for this store’s company holiday Christmas card. All the Christmas photo props could be found in the store. A few minutes before the group photo session, a strong cold front with high winds arrived in Houston. My lights and camera were set up close to the automatic entry door that would open intermittently, blowing the Christmas inflatables and other small boxes around inside the store. It was a challenging Christmas group photography session due to the weather but really fun. The final professionally printed group Christmas cards look far superior to digital Christmas cards. Their is an almost magical quality to seeing and having a tangible real professional portrait or photograph. Professional group portraits and printed photographs are nostalgic.
