Photo Session Reservation
Why is a reservation fee necessary?
When a photo session is scheduled, the photographer’s time, studio space, background, and lighting, are set up in advance of each appointment. No other photo sessions are scheduled for that time slot.
Is my online payment safe?
We use Square, for our payments. They are a leader in online and point of sale payment processing. An email confirmation is sent immediately of your payment.
Is my reservation fee refundable?
Your reservation fee will be refunded if we receive at least 24 hours advance notice, via text or phone call(no emails that can be overlooked). The studio will confirm your cancellation usually within a few minutes.
When are session fees non-refundable?
Session fees that have been paid, can be applied to a rescheduled photo session within 14 days of the original appointment. If an appointment is missed or running late by 30 minutes, the session can be rescheduled within 14 days. The photo session fee is applied to the rescheduled appointment.
How do I reserve my appointment?
First, call the studio to set up your appointment. Click the Pay Now link to confirm your appointment.
